Note their foot placement, number of step, turning and lowering style, etc. Then work to mimic their technique as closely as you can in the EMOM, working to make the reps as easy as possible.

Coach’s Notes: The goal of this piece is to promote blood / lymph flow in a non-stressful way that facilitates an anabolic (re-building) state. If you choose to disregard the heart rate zones and add intensity, this will become catabolic (tearing down) and counterproductive.
You may complete this protocol in the AM, PM or both.

Tuesday:
A. Got up to 135, attempted 155 but missed. Have to continue to work on my snatch technique for sure.
B. went 3×3 at 115lbs, felt like i could have done more which was encouraging
C1. Went at 295lb which felt so heavy. Was able to hold on for all the reps but my rest quickly became like 30-45 secs
D. This was brutal haha! Kept the bike at 63-65rpms and finished the 19 mins at 172 calories
Wednesday:
B: Kept the ski at around 1200 each pull for the 40 secs
D: Worked up to 325lb which felt great
E: Built to 205 and completed all 20 reps at that weight, felt like I got the right stimulus out of it
F: went 10 on the thrusters, 6 on the devils press and 16 on the power clean, was finishing each minute with about 30-35 secs of rest
overall solid day!
