Ideally, the fourteen-day guide would be started two weeks out from your next competition, but there’s never a wrong time to improve performance and reduce stress.
Each of the fourteen days will have a focal point along with an action item for you to take that day to prepare you for a stress-free competition.
Focal points will include using a centering breath, finding your optimal level of arousal, using fear setting techniques, creating a personal mantra, and utilizing visualization and positive self-talk.
