Each of the fourteen days will have a focal point along with an action item for you to take that day to prepare you for a stress-free competition.

Focal points will include using a centering breath, finding your optimal level of arousal, using fear setting techniques, creating a personal mantra, and utilizing visualization and positive self-talk.

I used to struggle with performance anxiety, and I wrote this guide as a way to help other people who are currently suffering from crippling pre-competition anxiety.
