This program is designed to be an add-on program, which is done in addition to a well-rounded training program.
This program assumes you are warm-up up before beginning each session. This could be completing class, a competitors program or a few minutes of easy cyclical work.
Note: Even if you aren’t starting exactly 8 weeks from when you plan to do “Murph,” you can pick up from how far out from the test you are. In other words, if you plan to test on Memorial Day and it’s the first week of May, pick up the program on week 5 so the timing is correct. The build will be more aggressive, but it should still be doable.
